A & E Washing Machine Repairs advised her an arrival time between 3.30 and 4pm and sticking to his word arrived 3.30pm on the dot. Job assessed and quoted on within 15 minutes. With apology, the part was not immediately available (as in not in the van) therefore, the engineer had to return to the shop. He returned within 40 minutes and job done."
